Place it by the pool
Stand it on the pool edge, or mount it on a wall or stand. No tools for ground placement, basic tools for a wall mount.
It learns the pool
During setup, its two cameras are designed to map the pool edge and nearby approaches.
It speaks up when something looks wrong
Your phone gets an alert through the SwimSafe app, and a siren and light go off by the pool, so whoever is nearest can respond.

SwimSafe has two cameras, each with a job. The first watches the approach to the pool. The second watches the water surface and double-checks before an alert. How much of the surface it can see depends on height, so SwimSafe changes mode to match how it’s installed.
Visibility depends on the pool and placement.

Guardian mode
On the pool edge or a low stand, up to 60 cm. It focuses on the moments before anyone is in the water.

A child approaching alone
A child leaves the terrace and heads towards the water without an adult alongside.
Lingering at the edge
A parent takes the younger child inside after wrapping them in a towel. The older child stays at the pool’s edge.
Entry while attention shifts
A nearby adult turns towards the terrace as a child steps into the shallow end. An alert draws attention back.
Access after hours
A child enters the pool area when it is expected to be out of use.
A child in a new place
A visiting child heads from the villa towards an unfamiliar pool.
The device being moved
A child nudges the device from its set position. An alert asks an adult to check it.

Video doorbells made it normal to get a phone alert when someone is at the door. SwimSafe brings that to the pool, with an alert that comes before anyone is in the water and a firm line on privacy.
